当下,是快鱼吃慢鱼的时代。受互联网及新技术冲击,国内照明实体经济 急速下滑,产能出现过剩,多数企业面临着转型、升级的紧张局面。投资做为 一把双刃剑,既能够促进企业转型、升级,又能推动企业变革、发展。向管理 要效益,向管理寻求发展之路,是众多企业的一个重要发展思路。 前人研究出来的流程再造理论对企业各管理领域的应用,能够显著提高企 业整体管理水平。企业流程管理需根据内外环境的变化及时调整,使之与外部 环境相匹配,为企业发展创造更多机会。T照明公司以固定资产投资为战略发展 保障手段之一,近几年经营利润被挤压,整体投资管理效益低下,投资进度缓 慢。本论文在回顾流程再造、投资管理、顾客满意等相关理论,分析国内外相 关理论研究现状及外部环境、发展趋势基础上,运用文献分析法、对比分 析法、案例研究法、访谈法等方法,深入分析T照明公司固定资产投资管理存 在管理流程固守在公司内部,投资进度缓慢,投资环境变化监测缺少持续性, 管理流程侧重领导层满意等主要问题。并充分运用鱼骨图等分析方法具体分析 产生问题的主要原因,从而提出相应管理流程优化方案,并制定针对性的实施 保障措施促进优化方案落地实施。 通过研究与实践表明,将固定资产投资管理流程向公司外部拓展、加快投 资进度、增加投资环境监测管理流程、管理流程以顾客满意为中心等优化方向, 能有效控制投资周期,提高投资管理效率。如果能持续不断改进,将能使公司 在市场上长期保持较高综合竞争能力,同时对公司健全完善全面管理制度,提 高整体管理水平,有着很好借鉴意义。 关键词:照明 固定资产 投资管理 流程优化 III Abstract Nowadays, it is the time for fast fish to eat slow fish. Under the impact of the Internet and new technology, the real lighting economy in China has been in a sharp decline, with excess capacity. Most enterprises are facing the tension of transformation and upgrading. As a double-edged sword, investment can not only promote enterprise transformation and upgrading, but also promote enterprise reform and development. To seek benefit from management and to seek development road from management is an important development idea of many enterprises. The application of the theory of process reengineering developed by predecessors to various management fields of enterprises can significantly improve the overall management level of enterprises. Enterprise process management should be adjusted in time according to the changes of internal and external environment to make it match with external environment and create more opportunities for enterprise development. T lighting company takes fixed assets investment as one of the means of strategic development guarantee. In recent years, operating profit has been squeezed, the overall investment management benefit is low, and the investment progress is slow. This paper in the review process reengineering, investment management, customer satisfaction, analysis of domestic and foreign relevant theory research present situation and the external environment, industry development trend, based on the literature analysis, comparative analysis, case method, interview method and other methods, in-depth analysis T lighting company existing management process on fixed asset investment management within the company, investment of the slow progress, the investment environment change monitoring lack of persistence, management process focused on leadership satisfaction, etc. The main problem.
